Our modern studio apartment is located in a residential area, just a few minutes of walk away from the vibrant Kvaternik Square, the famous Maksimir Stadium, public transportation stations, city parks and major city hospitals and clinics.
This studio apartment is located on the first floor and it measures 30sqm. It comes with a queen size bed (or a twin bed – depending on your preference!) and a cozy double sofa bed – all with fresh linen and towels.
The kitchenette is convenient and equipped for basic cooking needs. We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of local tea!
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and quality toiletries!
The apartment building is equipped with a self check in technology, so you do not need to worry if you arrive late at night or if you prefer contactless check in 🙂
The cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

The combination of residential coziness and proximity to the city center offer the perfect spot for exploring life in Zagreb, right from the apartment location.
The building has a paid parking yard, too, as well as street parking options so you do not have to worry about your vehicle.
Our stay at this studio apartment in Zagreb was absolutely delightful. The apartment was bright, airy, and tastefully decorated. It had all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The location couldn't have been better – close to cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with maps and insider tips on exploring Zagreb. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when we return to this beautiful city!
